Bitcoin ETFs See a Strong Comeback

After three consecutive days of outflows, Bitcoin ETFs made a powerful recovery on Wednesday, April 2, attracting $220.76 million in fresh investments. This surge reflected renewed investor confidence, particularly in Ark 21Shares’ ARKB, which led the charge with a $130.15 million inflow, followed by Fidelity’s FBTC, which added $118.79 million.

Despite BlackRock’s IBIT witnessing a substantial $115.87 million exit, overall market sentiment remained bullish. By the end of the trading session, Bitcoin ETFs recorded a total trading volume of $2.51 billion, pushing net assets back up to $97.35 billion.

Ether ETFs Continue Their Struggles

While Bitcoin ETFs surged, Ether ETFs painted a different picture, facing another tough trading day with a $51.24 million outflow. Grayscale’s ETH fund led the decline, losing $31.08 million, while BlackRock’s ETHA saw $20.17 million in withdrawals. Other Ether ETFs remained largely stagnant, showing no significant trading activity.

Ether ETFs recorded a trading volume of $236.69 million, with net assets slipping to $6.49 billion, highlighting the continued investor hesitation around Ethereum-based funds.

What’s Next for Bitcoin and Ether ETFs?

With Bitcoin ETFs gaining strong momentum, investors will be watching closely to see if this trend continues or if profit-taking leads to another round of outflows. Meanwhile, the question remains whether Ether ETFs can reverse their downward trend and regain investor confidence.

As market dynamics shift, all eyes will be on how institutional and retail investors respond in the coming days.
